We take great care to ensure your order arrives in excellent condition. However, in the rare event that a single solar panel is damaged during shipping, we have a clear process to help you out.
We Do Not Reship Single Panels
Due to shipping limitations and the high risk of further damage, we’re unable to send replacements for single solar panels. Panels shipped individually are more vulnerable in transit and do not meet our protection standards.
Refund Option Available
If your panel was damaged and shipped alone, we can offer a full credit for the panel instead. Here’s how to request it:

Once verified, we’ll process your credit promptly.
Need Another Panel to Complete Your Install?
If you still need an additional panel to complete your installation, you have two options:

Pick up a single panel directly from our warehouse.

Purchase a second panel, so the two can be shipped together as a protected pair.
