Can I view get my order status?

Typically, orders are fulfilled within 2 business days, but during peak seasons
it may take up to 5 business days. If your order has not been shipped within 5
business days, you can contact Solar Power Store for an updated status.

 

Once your order has been shipped, you can track the shipping status by contacting the carrier
directly. You can find a complete list of carriers and their respective contact
information here. It is recommended to have your order number and tracking
information available when contacting the carrier.
