Can I Change My Order After It’s Placed?

We understand that sometimes you need to update your order. If your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet, we can usually help you make changes like adding or removing items, changing quantities, or updating shipping details. However, once the order is processed or dispatched, changes might no longer be possible.

How to Request a Change
Please contact our team as soon as possible to request any changes. You can email us at hello@solarpowerstore.ca or submit a request through our Contact Us form. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the changes you want to make

  • The reason for the change (optional, but helpful)

Our team will review your request and let you know if the change can be made.

We’ll Do Our Best
While we cannot guarantee every change can be accommodated—especially if your order is already on its way—we’ll always do our best to help.

Please note that special order items are not eligible for refunds, cancellations, or changes.
