Freight Delivery Issues

If your order was shipped via freight (large or palletized items) and you’re experiencing issues like:

  • Scheduling your delivery
  • Missed delivery appointments
  • Visible damage upon arrival

Please reach out to us immediately at the email or phone number above with your order number and any photos (if applicable). We’ll coordinate with the freight carrier to resolve the issue.


Damaged or Missing Items

If your shipment arrived incomplete or damaged, email us at hello@solarpowerstore.ca with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of any damage or missing items
  • Please have any damages noted down on the BOL (Bill of Lading) provided by the driver and have them sign by the damage notes
