If you order shipped as a parcel, they will be delivered to your door, while freight deliveries will be made via a freight transport truck. If you selected the tailgate option during checkout, the delivery truck will have a liftgate to unload the pallets onto the ground level. It will be your
responsibility to move the equipment from the truck to where you would like to store it.
While accepting a shipment, follow the steps below:
1. Inspect the equipment for damages. Although damages are relatively rare, claims must be dealt with immediately. If there is any damage, it must be acknowledged by the driver on the BOL. Be sure to take a picture of the BOL and the damaged equipment. All damages must be reported to Solar Power Store within 48 hours. Failure to report damages within 48hrs may result in the freight company and/or Solar Power Store rejecting the claim.
2. Ensure that all the equipment included in the packing list has arrived.
Please note that your order may have shipped in several shipments, which
will be noted on the packing list as well as on your Solar Power Store account.
