What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?

We’re here to help if your order arrives damaged or missing items. Follow the steps below so we can resolve the issue quickly.

If your order is damaged
To ensure we can assist you effectively:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged item, the packaging, and the shipping label.

  2. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at hello@solarpowerstore.ca or through our Help Desk.

  3. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and your photos in the message.

Once we receive your information, we’ll review your claim and provide a replacement, credit, or refund, depending on the situation.

If items are missing
If your order seems incomplete:

  1. Check all packaging carefully—small items may be tucked into protective materials or placed in separate boxes.

  2. Contact us with your order number and a list of missing items.

We’ll investigate right away and ensure you receive everything you ordered.
