How to Notify Us if You're Not Ready to Receive Your Shipment

We understand that timing is important when it comes to deliveries. If you're not ready to receive your shipment, just let us know — we’re happy to help make alternate arrangements when possible.

To delay or reschedule your shipment, please contact our support team as soon as you can. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number

  • The date or timeframe you’ll be ready to receive the shipment

  • Any special delivery instructions (e.g., limited access, alternate contact person)

 What We’ll Do

Once we receive your request, we’ll review your shipping schedule and do our best to adjust it accordingly — provided your order hasn’t already been dispatched. We'll confirm the updated plan and keep you informed along the way.
